在大圍的一條小巷中,掛起了幾十個大大的紅燈籠, 十分搶眼,加上門口兩邊的對聯和古典窗花圖案,整體感覺都流露着傳統的中國風。室內以白色為主,掛住小紅燈籠之外,牆身也有水墨畫,簡潔得來又唔會娘。餐前小食有雲耳和話梅涼瓜,平時唔喜歡苦瓜嘅我都覺得呢個非常之好食,完全冇苦味,有點酸味味的味道很開胃,店員話係用冰糖加醋來煮的!小菜方面,「黑松露滑蛋炒蝦球」($168)非常推介,蝦球好大粒,有六件,黑松露味十分濃烈,滑蛋又好滑,超級好味!另外叫咗個招牌菜「第一叉」($188),係厚切嘅叉燒,做得好腍而且都好大碟,好味呀!還有「翠塘豆腐」($138 )都係招牌菜,啲豆腐好滑,而且賣相好靚,送飯都一流!整體水平都令我讚不絕口,好希望有機會再來過。
