To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日與家人揸車去吃好些,這間中餐廳樓底非常高又有海景,裝修優雅非常寫意。這晚的廚師發板,每道菜都好有心思,邊吃邊估是在吃什麼,因為美得像藝術品👍🏻 這道色彩鮮艷的頭盤,絕對是打卡必備。雪菜燒鵝卷,有塊葉的是春捲,皮薄脆口。透明啡色是15年花雕肴肉,未入口已聞到濃濃的花雕酒香,又純又入味。圓型紅色粒是櫻花蝦豆腐,眼看以為是荔枝,廚師真有創意。海膽牡丹蝦球很有心思,上面黑色珠原來是分子料理豉油,而綠色珠是青芥末。左右兩面紅色和綠色扇形狀是泡椒心𥚃美和萵筍。咸旦黃瓜卷,用了咸蛋菜,有少少辣味。椰皇繡球其實是豆腐花,廚師刀功一流,竟能把豆腐切得如此幼細,而豆腐完整無缺😃🙆🏻‍♀️厲害🎊龍穿凰翼伴脆香野菌白BB鴿腿,雞翼用了叉燒的做法,外麵包住一層豬腩肉,而雞翼內有雲南頭菜、炸菜及香芹,兩者一起燒非常香口,而BB鴿腿起了骨,內藏炒香了的松茸和其他野菌再脆炸。火焰酥皮焗鱈魚,我真是嚇了一跳,廚師在客人面前點起火焰🔥狀觀又玩味🤩少少芝士波菜夾著白鱈魚!還有南非乾鮑伴鵝肝刺參!麻香富貴蝦䓤油撈面!最後這款甜品賣相非常吸睛,雪茄奶皇春捲,內裡原來是流沙奶黃。紅酒原來是酸味的洛神花茶,醒胃之余又可減去油膩感
