Lettuce were fresh and crisp, with a really nice crunch! The salad was well-seasoned and evenly coated with sauce and cheese shavings. Not blend at all. Croutons were super crispy and delicious. The chicken pieces were tender, but not as soft as the one from Kane tsuru but then they are cooked very differently. Overall a very refreshing starter!
沙律菜新鮮爽脆,調味充足,配上香脆的麵包粒,滋味有清新。雞肉也算嫩滑,不夠還是金鶴拉麵的雞肉更好吃,不過煮法完全不同,這樣比較有點不公平😂

I also tried their asparagus soup w/ 63 degree egg. It had a really strong truffle aroma and the asparagus flavour was barely noticeable. Would probably opt for other starters next time! Because they have plenty other delicious options😋

For mains, ordered their tagliatelle bolognese and pork cheeks again (photos posted in a previous review), and both dishes were amazing! The tagliatelle was springy and al dente, and the perfectly coated by the sauce. The pork cheeks were super tender, well-seasoned and rest on a bed of silky smooth mash potatoes.

75% Ecuador chocolate, salted caramel butter, vanilla ice cream
My all-time favourite dessert. That slightly crispy exterior, warm gooey centre and rich but slightly bitter chocolate flavour perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the ice cream. I love the combination of hot and cold in one bite, definitely a dessert I cannot get enough of. And I am definitely not sharing this with anyone!😍😍😍
If I have to find a fault in this dessert, it would be how quickly their ice cream melted😂 and a bread, appetiser and a full plate of pasta, definitely a rather heavy dessert, but it is worth every bite👍🏻👍🏻

Apricot, honey & almond ice cream
Tried this for the first time and it’s definitely my cup of tea. It’s like a slice of sturdy custard, with a rubbery, springy and eggy texture. Tasted rather funny to me but apparently that’s how it’s supposed to taste😂guess I should stick to my chocolate molten lava cake😅
第一次吃克拉芙緹/法式布丁蛋糕,像一件固體的卡士達醬,口感有點膠質和彈牙,感覺怪怪的,應該只是個人口味的問題吧😂還是朱古力心太軟好吃😋
