To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐未試過食到啲平靚正嘅日本料理，今日去完「築地日本料理」之後，我覺得性價比好高，我諗我遲啲一定會再嚟光顧！味之鰻簡單啲來講即係鰻魚卷，卷物入面包有青瓜、鰻魚、龍蝦沙律，上層有一片經炙燒的芝士，味道香濃。整體味道極佳😋牛油果軟殼蟹卷軟殼蟹香脆，配搭香滑嘅牛油果一同進食簡直係絕配！而且牛油果上面鋪有美味蟹籽，令口感有唔同嘅層次！牛肉野菜壽喜燒越嚟越對壽喜燒嘅味道情有獨鍾，我諗係可能因為佢嘅味道濃厚香醇，而且鰹魚和醬油熬煮的醬汁鹹甜交融，非常開胃。壽喜燒除咗有美味嘅肥牛之外，而且還有娃娃菜、粉絲、生雞蛋、豆腐等等，整體食材好新鮮，好好味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻！
