"Le Viet"係之前在尖沙咀同朋友食過午餐,今日接男人收工就同佢一齊黎旺角呢間"Le Viet",餐廳位置十分好找,地鐵一出站就喺隔離銀行中心上一層就會見到。🔸越式咖喱軟殻蟹配法包🔸⭐⭐⭐⭐餐廳會有小火爐熱住食非常好,除咗有炸得脆脆既軟殻蟹,仲會有同咖喱汁絕配既炸薯仔,分開上既好處係你食時先點咖喱醬汁,就會保持脆身唔會淋哂,呢樣我鍾意。第一口有點小驚喜,軟殻蟹本身已經調味好,就咁食都好味,因為平時食到既通常只靠咖喱汁既味道,而家兩者加埋仲令到個味道更加豐富。起初我好奇點解會無蒜蓉包,但原來配好既法包係熱辣辣,仲好軟熟,比平時蒜蓉包更加吸咖喱汁仲好味。🔸香茅燒木棉魚🔸⭐⭐⭐⭐鍾意食魚既我糾結咗一陣,揀木棉魚好定烏頭魚好?最後我地揀咗木棉魚(即係大眼雞),因為烏頭魚喺越式或者泰式都好普遍,反而燒木棉魚比較少見。 木棉魚面舖咗厚厚既海鹽,中間夾咗一大條香茅,燒得啱啱好又唔過燶,男人就鍾意唔太多骨,好快我地就清哂成條魚~🔸海南雞油飯🔸⭐⭐⭐⭐原本想叫埋海南雞試下,不過我地怕食唔哂,要有飯氣既男人就叫咗油飯,雞油夠香,配咗咖喱汁都好正。🔸蒜蓉炒椰菜苗🔸⭐⭐⭐比較小棵既椰菜,個人不喜歡太生硬,

比較小棵既椰菜,個人不喜歡太生硬,但男人就鍾意爽口啲

係用泰象(Chang Soda Water)原支上,另加青檸冰杯,飲過泰象就知會好夠梳打氣。

🔸燒菠蘿配朱古力醬🔸⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
呢個甜品真係要大讚,菠蘿勁甜勁多汁,燒完多咗好香既燒烤味,再加埋朱古力醬,我同男人都勁鍾意食。
