To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與姊妹們不定時晚餐多數都會選擇素食,林林種種的素食餐廳都試過,今次就試了間回頭率極高,驚喜度十足的餐廳!芝麻雞絲粉皮:好開胃,仿雞絲好嫩,粉皮脆口滑。秘製酸菜魚:大大碢一上菜賣相已經好吸引,味道多層次,連配菜都認真爽口,粉皮吸收了酸菜魚湯味道剛剛好,我添飲了幾碗湯😋😋緻素坊片皮鴨:非常有驚喜,猴頭菇代替鴨肉,脆枝竹代鴨皮,配菜特別哈蜜瓜,質感都配合得好好!好夾好爽口!好味!秘製叉燒:除了擺碟好靚,仿叉燒外脆內軟,好好味,推介菜之一!有機薯淮山浸時蔬:紫薯、黃薯都好甜,淮山爽口。金箔棗蓉糕:棗味濃郁,不會過分甜此餐廳回味指數高,唯一可挑剔就是除了酸菜魚外,其他菜式份量偏少。喜歡食素食的朋友,絕對要試下這充滿驚喜又好味的餐廳。

,仿雞絲好嫩,粉皮脆口滑。



秘製酸菜魚:大大碢一上菜賣相已經好吸引
,味道多層次,
連配菜都認真爽口,粉皮吸收了酸菜魚湯味道剛剛好,我添飲了幾碗湯😋😋



緻素坊片皮鴨:非常有驚喜
,猴頭菇代替鴨肉,脆枝竹代鴨皮,
配菜特別哈蜜瓜,質感都配合得好好!好夾好爽口!好味!



秘製叉燒:除了擺碟好靚
,仿叉燒外脆內軟,好好味,推介菜之一!



有機薯淮山浸時蔬:紫薯、黃薯都好甜
