To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚係朋友既邀請下,特別來到數碼港的艾美酒店入面既中菜餐廳 - 「南坊」,品嘗一下精緻既高質素中菜。砵酒煮生壕生壕隻隻都非常新鮮,外形脹卜卜,size夠曬大隻,入口非常多汁,煮得又juicy又夠入味。玉液浸菜苗 ($98)帶點兒豆腐湯味既上湯,配合高質素既溫室菜苗,白合,紅棗一齊煮,入口感覺非常清新,帶點鮮味。薑葱霸王雞 ($338)霸王雞size不少,煮出來既雞肉非常嫰滑入味,入口亦不覺肥膩,雞味濃郁,值得一試!~美極什菌炒黑毛豬 ($168)呢個黑毛豬肉質非常彈牙爽口,配埋非常新鮮既長豆一齊炒,入口實在惹味。招牌秘製牛肋條 ($368)呢個牛肋條份量好大,賣相非常吸引,牛肋條既肉質煮得非常軟同淋,而且煮得非常入味,實在係必食既招牌菜之一。紅燒豆腐食完肉類,都想食番d素菜,紅燒豆腐係一個不錯既選擇,豆腐同竹笙既配合非常相襯,加上醬汁,煮得十分惹味。西蘭花炒帶子蝦球 ($278)主角原隻帶子同大大隻蝦球都非常新鮮,肉質爽口彈牙,西蘭花炒完後亦能夠保持翠綠可口,炒得鮮味好食。瑤柱蝦仁蛋白炒飯炒飯份量好足夠,而且蝦仁,瑤柱,菜粒等等既配料亦不少,飯亦炒得粒粒分明惹味。乾燒伊麵伊麵配合磿菇一
