To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新開商場開咗一段時間平日最得閒嘅時候約咗朋友嚟到Airside 周圍睇吓，😅 呢間商場內舒服一個角落，我哋就喺度諗緊食緊咩午餐，見到呢間餐廳我最鍾意食海南雞一定同朋友試吓😍😍😍文華海南雞飯呢度最出名就係文華海南雞，雞皮薄內嫩肉汁好Juicy，三款醬汁最特別就係中間一浸酸香嘅味道點買雞肉一齊食更加令到雞肉香口，油飯一定配雞先係海南雞飯🤣奶香咖喱雞配白飯椰香嘅咖喱味比較突出，配製咖喱雞經過炸後再撈入去嘅醬料微微嘅咖喱香味大少少辣味，偏向惹味油香口，新鮮配搭。值得一試😍✨班蘭咖啡斑斕味唔係太出，咖啡味甘香濃郁，順滑嘅咖啡☕️配搭好夾👍🏻薑蜜玉桂牛奶咖啡另外我嗌左凍飲薑蜜再配上玉桂味，杯頂有一層cream好順，加埋一齊就會有一層薑辣再加埋咖啡味道都好出，唔會甜得滯飲落去啱啱好😊
