同朋友聚會,想搵個坐得舒服又可以慢慢傾偈的地方。呢間餐廳在尖沙咀鬧市,坐落在酒店中間,旺中帶靜。火焰沙白蟹鍋($348):推薦湯底!足料多沙白,大大隻沙白肉,蟹好肥美,多蟹膏,待應會用酒辣一辣海鮮,加火,再加湯。湯頭好清甜,加上胡椒,好暖胃,我同朋友飲左大半煲湯。招牌酥炸惹味茄子($68):推薦小食!非常熱辣香脆,面頭有脆脆似避風塘的風味,食落真係惹味,而且外脆內軟!花雕醉滑牛($128):牛肉好嫩滑,食得出好新鮮,沾上花雕,帶上幾分酒香,令滑牛更加分!手打鹹蛋黃蝦丸($52):彈彈蝦丸之餘,入面真係粒粒鹹蛋黃,食落好香。燒廣島蠔($48):燒得好香脆,又唔會乾,肥美燒蠔。總括來講,食物質素高質,坐得舒服,服務都唔錯,同朋友聚會值得一去!
