To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身係OpenRice睇左相都覺得幾吸引，食完飯就行過去食返個甜品啦！1人叫左1個甜品，培茶芝士蛋糕先上，塊蛋糕都好大塊，1個人食未必食得哂，茶味好香濃，芝士味就偏淡小小，但好滑好似食雪糕甘，估唔到芝士配茶都可以甘夾，可惜係期間限定，下次去唔知仲有無。蕨餅抹茶心太軟個綠茶味都一樣好濃，但無平價綠茶粉果陣苦澀味，一切開好流心，趕住食哂個心同上面球雪糕無影到相🤣蕨餅都好出色，味道比心太軟再濃一d，應該放後面食好d，丸子配黃豆粉都好新鮮彈牙。估唔到會係小店食到甘出色既甜品，直頭拍得住京都抹茶庵呢類日本開嚟香港既甜品店既質素。期待下次既食物質素，希望店主可以一直keep住做得甘好！
