上個禮拜Auntie帶我呢間食串燒,位置好隱秘但如果住半山壹號朋友應該唔會陌生😅或者住農圃道附近既朋友可能都知道 😏位置隱密都有好處起碼出面停車位都好多唔驚泊唔到車另外就係環境寧靜,又唔會成街人、小編最怕多人,呢度初次感覺良好😚是日之選:(真係點左好多野不能盡錄呀)燒白鱔燒豆腐免治豬肉串燒雞翼雞泡魚乾燒明太子飯團🍙跟茶漬湯燒牛舌燒安格斯牛小排鹽漬螢光魷魚芥末章魚人均:週末午市約400-800 / 晚市約1000 (另外佢地平日有lunch set免加一但需以現金付款、人均約108-158)味道:最好味係雞泡魚乾、白鱔、燒豆腐同埋明太子飯團🍙、雞泡魚乾燒得剛剛好,好好味😋白鱔好厚肉,個皮燒到好脆好新鮮、明太子飯團入面係爆瀉既明太子真係好好味🤤燒豆腐口感好似炸豆腐咁、原來總廚用燒烤技巧整到個口感好似炸一樣真係好鬼斧神工🤓小編食食下覺得點解咁似曾相識既味道🤔一問之下原來總廚係來自Nishiki既、Nishiki曾經輝煌一時既日本餐廳,開喺尖沙嘴富豪酒店入面架,但近年已經銷聲匿跡啦,估吾到可以食返Nishiki既味道,總廚同我地講佢最拿手就係關東煮同埋懷石料理,講起kaiseki真係好掛住Ni

總括黎講整體cp值超高、之前Nishiki人均都1000起碼仲要唔係好飽、呢度食飽飽人均都唔會超過1000、但水準就係Nishiki水準,根本同喺日本食既質素不遑多樣,掂!
註:lunch時段人比較少所以walkin都可以但晚飯時間記得book檯因為都幾full架😅
