是夜想吃好一點,剛好找到這家開張不久的日式餐廳,就試一試好了室內裝潢簡潔光鮮甫坐下, 就看到店內有不少的日本客人,,心想此日式食店定是有其吸引之處!看看餐牌,價位屬中等,選擇不算十分多,但不少菜式聽起來也挺吸引的,已足夠讓人有點選擇困難XD最後我們點了的是:清酒煮蜆:以清酒煮過,香味撲鼻,蜆肉粒粒肥美鮮甜網燒黑毛和牛西冷扒:約五成熟,外面燒得焦香,而內裡仍保持色澤粉嫩及嫩滑、近乎入口即化之口感。隨碟附有醬料,但和牛本身已具濃濃牛味,所以小妹就這樣直接吃, 品嚐那原汁原味海膽忌廉汁意粉:條條扁意粉沾滿海膽忌廉汁,口感非常creamy,餘韻帶出淡淡海膽鮮甜味松葉蟹肉蒸籠飯:這個蟹肉給的份量絕對不少,每啖飯都吃到蟹肉,加上粒粒三文魚子,非常美味性價比絕對相符的一家高質餐廳
