To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位置好方便,入到去環境都好舒適,食材選擇唔洗多,但9成既都好有質素! 大愛!! 飲品選擇種類多,仲要有M字雪糕可以自己"不" 真係好好好滿足!第一次食日本傳統紙火鍋❤原來用紙可以索左D油脂,令食材既口感比較清爽唔膩,而且張紙仲可以係高溫下煮幾個鐘,安全又健康。 湯底我地叫左蕃茄❤同鲣魚湯❤,同埋會送返SET特色有機鮮菌❤,睇下果日有咩時令就送咩,而食既次序就緊係先食鮮菌❤ -> 蔬菜❤ -> 肉+海鮮❤,到最後湯底真係好鮮甜味美。先講份和牛❤油脂豐腴,入口嫩滑真,係好好味好香,肉片厚度唔會係透光,正! 而其他海鮮我自己最中意係扇貝❤同鮑魚❤,真係啖啖肉得黎,鮮味十足。炸物方面如果你係榴槤愛好者,一定要試佢地榴槤波波! 熱辣辣好惹味。自助既食物仲有鰻魚,egg tart,豬手等等tim! 任食2個鐘,大推!!!
