To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ▶️宮崎無添加健康豚肉涮涮鍋🍲($388)
哩個鍋物真係超值,盛器製作精良,視覺上已經覺得好高級。食客可以選擇自己處理豚肉,或是由大廚煮好原鍋上。我同朋友就想過下癮,選擇自己煮。上枱時蔬菜密密麻麻鋪滿盤面,湯淺淺一層,但侍應溫馨提示蔬菜會出水,吾驚吾夠湯。豚肉擺放整齊,肥瘦適中,放入湯中吸滿湯汁,再醮上特製豉油和胡麻醬,大滿足!

好適合女士飲用嘅mocktail,顏色繽紛,打卡一流。下次來想再試下佢哋嘅sake,搭配返日式食物,相信會碰撞出味蕾上更多的火花!
