E間餐廳一直係我嘅收藏list好耐了🤣終於有機會試到佢~食物嘅選擇好多元化,啱晒乜都想試啲嘅我!串燒類別😍左起:牛小排青蔥卷 $48厚牛舌 $52薩摩赤雞肉蔥卷 $38明太子雞翼 $48牛小排青蔥卷- 香濃的牛肉配上青蔥,本身我很怕韌,但值得一讚嘅係佢冇根,可以一口吃下去的感覺很滿足😝牛舌 - 選用了牛舌芯,厚厚的一片又滿足又惹味明太子雞翼 - 少少辣,但係明太子好足料 亦鹹香而雞肉 - 入口嫩滑,質感令味蕾滿足感大增壽司類別😍甜蝦刺身 $78兩切金線雕 $68燒過的鯛魚份外香口🤩而且廚師燒好好手勢,完全係外邊香脆但係入邊仍然有刺身生嘅口感~鰹魚 $98一般鰹魚都比較腥,經過運送會更難處理,但呢道嘅鰹魚係完全冇腥味!加上輕輕嘅燒一燒,都冇減低腍滑的口感😍三文魚松葉蟹肉卷 $118三文魚籽增加了整個卷的質感,大大條很厚料鵝肝多士 $88$88大大片鵝肝!必食推介👍🏻鵝肝完全做到入口即溶嘅感覺😍而且點輟的多士也很脆,另外廚師也細心地cut half,方便兩個人share吃天婦羅拼盤 $108經典配搭作為本日的終結😘第一次食秋葵天婦羅,原來也不錯,而且靈芝菇也很特別,好juicy~
