Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗灣仔食dinner, 點解揀灣仔?因為佢係差唔多香港島最中心嘅地方。我有個朋友話想食有質素嘅日本嘢,所以我第一時間就諗起一游,這間餐廳的質素比較高,有兩間分店。一間位於灣仔一間位於尖沙咀,我哋食咗佢哋嘅白魚刺身,另外都叫咗佢哋比較出名嘅天婦羅,天婦羅好鬆脆,配上天婦羅汁,真係令人覺得又香口又入味。另外佢哋嘅串燒亦都係有一絕,我哋試咗佢個免治牛肉雞軟骨,冬菇串燒,同埋大葱雞串,感覺一流。What an unforgettable experience!
