這晚跟朋友嘗試位於尖沙咀的宴, 一進去已被其環境吸引著, 很有日本風味的居酒屋! 前菜已有驚喜, 超級爽口三文魚軟骨位配爽口青瓜絲和貌似粉絲的白海藻, 酸味十足, 十分開胃! 和牛炒飯很有鑊氣和油香, 和牛軟熟, 飯滑身軟棉, 配上蔥花, 紅蘿蔔粒和黑椒, 香味惹味均提昇! 沖繩風鹽燒豬手是必食之選, 肉質嫩滑彈牙, 邊食邊感覺到自己吃許多骨膠原, 而且其煙韌度極高, 令人吃得滋味, 啖啖快樂! 櫻花蝦苦瓜天婦羅很香脆而不油, 甘苦味配清甜蝦味好特別。還有明太子芝士燒豆腐, 三樣都是我喜歡的食物,夾起來軟棉而有層次, 又有濃郁明太子同芝士香, 正! 值得再來用餐!
