包括免治雞肉、牛舌、手羽先、雞頸肉、紅椒及翠玉瓜六款串燒。平時最怕牛舌咬極唔斷,呢度嘅牛舌厚身而不失軟嫩爽彈嘅口感,牛味非常之香,好有驚喜!另外亦有日本串燒中必食嘅免治雞肉棒,味道亦很出色,私心希望可以配上一顆生雞蛋😆

• 利久汁燒安格斯肉眼 $208
火喉控制得好好,熟度係我最愛嘅Medium rare!醬汁香濃惹味,但稍微有點蓋過咗牛肉脂香😗
