今日放假特登book左旺角蟲二Cafe店之前朋友推介過呢度麻糬班戟已經好想食,今日終於可以有機會品嚐餐廳位於上海街618頂層,設室內外坐位,空間感十足,感覺好休閒舒適,以精緻中日家庭料理為主,食物水準高,相當滿意一汁三菜 $150一汁 鰹魚昆布茶高湯三菜 副菜、慢煮蛋、主食(六選一)(免費添加湯及飯)呢款一汁三菜一上枱,擺盤精美,副菜蔬菜凍作為開胃前菜,健康又精緻,配上日本慢煮蛋加入蟲二蛋醬油,口感幼滑又滋味,主食揀左大阪燒風味黑胡椒烤雞塊配椰菜薯仔薄班戟,烤雞皮脆肉質非常幼嫩,用大阪燒風味製成,好味道伯爵茶麻糬傳統班戟 $108呢度麻糬傳統班戟每天早上由拌麵粉、打雞蛋開始準備,即時新鮮人手製作,非常吸引。今次叫左呢款伯爵茶,用上紅茶加佛手柑油處理,加上德國煎茶底的伯爵茶,令班戟有伯爵茶味之餘也有煎茶嘅回甘,配伯爵練乳醬Mocha $48朱古力咖啡拉花好美,可可好香醇,口感幼滑,個人很喜歡唔該可以成個班戟
