呢間餐廳真係食極都唔厭,永遠都有新菜式吸引住我,今次試吓銅鑼灣分店。招牌白胡椒蟹上次食過真係返尋味,呢一碟招牌菜式梗係要再嗌啦!同上次一樣,色香味俱全,胡椒味好重,肉蟹夠鮮甜。冰鎮花雕五頭南非鮑魚一上枱視覺效果已經夠晒冰凍,有乾冰襯托,鮑魚有成5頭,切成厚片,仲附上芥末同醬油。食落除咗鮮甜彈牙有嚼頭,更特別係鮑魚有浸過花雕油。令味道更獨特,值得一試!黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯餐廳推薦食完蟹煲可以跟手飲呢個湯,本身聽個名都怕啲蒜頭味會好奇怪,點知嚟到一聞,黑蒜同雞味兩者都超級香濃!飲落去先係鹹鹹地,其後有種鮮甜美滲出來,原來裏面仲有豬肉同螺肉吊味,仲一啲都唔油膩,好有驚喜!鮮菠蘿脆皮咕嚕肉打頭陣見到個擺盤已經心花怒放,同一般嘅唔同,新鮮菠蘿切花放一邊,客人可以自行調節點配搭,食落超級甜又無渣!值得一讚係啲肉每舊都有脆皮包住,絕對唔係炸粉嗰種口感,內裏爽彈好似豬頸肉咁嘅口感,不起仲每舊都有拔絲效果,酸甜度適中,好味!環境一樣舒服,樓底好高。
