Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次黎到九龍灣呢間樓上日式cafe食，估唔到咁高質！🍔HIDDEN經典和牛芝士漢堡（$88）呢個burger超豐富！Burger入面有牛肉、蕃茄、烤洋蔥，仲重要係流心蛋，超正！另外仲有配少少沙律菜、粟米湯同埋薯條🍟，勁豐富！薯條炸得非常香脆，好好食😍😍🍚🐟香煎三文魚茶漬飯（$78）我係第一次食茶漬飯😂 佢地嘅湯底由鰹魚、昆布，再加上日本玄米茶熬製而成，非常鮮甜又唔會膩！味道亦比想像中香濃啊😍再加上大大舊三文魚，煎得好香，外皮脆。另外仲有中華沙律伴菜同埋麵豉湯😋。 ☕️Latte (+$20)Latte可以再濃啲，但口感都滑。🧋凍奶茶 (+$3)叫左無糖，以為係普通奶茶，但飲落好有層次！入口飲到奶香，吞左之後反而有茶嘅澀味出返黎😂

我係第一次食茶漬飯😂 佢地嘅湯底由鰹魚、昆布，再加上日本玄米茶熬製而成，非常鮮甜又唔會膩！味道亦比想像中香濃啊😍再加上大大舊三文魚，煎得好香，外皮脆。另外仲有中華沙律伴菜同埋麵豉湯😋。
