To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次去Amitie Kitchen 食西餐，有情調，坐位唔多，坐得舒服，當晚全場滿座，好彩朋友一早訂咗枱！一坐低就有熱幾款餐包上枱，麵包控既我，忍唔住即刻攞嚟食，正😋！火炙半熟三文魚半紫蘇葉莎莎$148，三文魚外層火炙微熟，內層魚肉保持嫩滑，加上紫蘇葉莎莎及沙律菜，即時胃口大開。辣蕃茄花甲天使麵$198，蕃茄味香濃，微辣好惹味，花甲大隻無沙又新鮮。美國頂級西冷牛扒$318，煎煎到五成熟，肉質鮮嫩又好有牛肉味，份量十足，兩個人都夠食，伴菜也新鮮。法式橙酒煮班戟做甜品$58，橙味濃郁，班戟配雪糕一齊食，一冷一熱，好特別。凍開心果咖啡$46 ，開心果味道濃郁，好滿足，朋友叫咗杯香橙氣泡咖啡$40，味道清新。
