今日去銅鑼灣食日式居酒屋料理,花街道酒処,餐廳位於渣甸坊,非常鄰近地鐵站,地點便利。餐廳裝修帶有豐富日本風味,打開餐牌,提供多款刺身,串燒,炸物,日式料理,清酒 (連清酒界的殿堂品牌 - 十四代都有好幾款,大開眼界)。餐廳職員非常有禮,每放下餸菜都會簡單介紹,十分欣賞。-鱈魚干非常香脆可口,用作餐前小食十分合適,鱈魚味亦夠突出,送酒一流。-海草沙律包括有海草,沖繩特產海葡萄,青瓜絲,沙律菜,材料非常新鮮,簡單配上胡麻醬,已經十分清新開胃。-清酒煮蜆蜆質素高,廚師處理得十分好,完全無砂。蜆肉十分飽滿大隻,味道十分鮮甜味美。清酒經過煮熱後味道更加香濃,放入新鮮的蜆實在是絕配。-魷魚春卷每條春卷都釀入左魷魚,炸得脆口,配上芥末沙律醬,更加突顯魷魚鮮味。-紫蘇梅醬沙咀魚天婦羅沙咀魚炸成天婦羅後,魚肉依然味道鮮美,清鮮可口,加上紫蘇葉,梅醬,味道十分合拍。-串燒大蔥雞肉,紫蘇豚肉卷,免治雞肉棒,白鱔,豆腐。免治雞肉棒配上生雞蛋及月見汁,更突顯雞肉棒的味道與香氣。豆腐上面加了麵豉醬去燒,豆腐燒得夠香脆,加上甜甜的麵豉醬更加可口。-牛脷芯牛脷芯是去除舌尖,舌根,舌苔及兩側後,只剩下20-30%最軟腍

牛脷芯
牛脷芯是去除舌尖,舌根,舌苔及兩側後,只剩下20-30%最軟腍、最軟滑的位置,肉質柔嫩爽口,肉味濃郁。加上炸蒜片一起食,更有效帶出牛的肉味。

鹿鞍
好特別的用料,非常少地方可以品嚐。鹿肉是高級野味,肉質細嫩,取自鹿隻的腰脊部份,屬於運動量較少的肌肉群,肌理細緻,質地軟嫩,味道濃郁。配上蔥,蘿蔔蓉及芥末酸瓜醬,更加提升味道和口感。

茶漬飯
職員介紹用上純雞湯去代替傳統的茶去烹調,雞湯真材實料,呈金黃色,香濃鮮美。飯團外層香脆,有食飯焦的感覺,外面塗上了一層麵豉醬去燒,淡淡甜香,層次更加豐富。
