🇭🇰Hong KongAverage price po: HKD$550-600+📍Address: Le Bistro Winebeast, Wan Chai經過呢間灣仔餐廳好多次,今次終於入嚟試吓。一間比較輕鬆嘅法國餐廳,識下朋友或者情侶慶祝。前菜係Octopus tartare,八爪魚彈牙,配上洋蔥爽脆同埋魚子醬調味,作為前菜高貴又開胃。第二道菜,Glazed foie gras,鵝肝煎至金黃色,入口即溶,配上法式多士,食鵝肝係一種享受。主菜方面都幾出色,Smoked Pigeon with beetroot,採用秘製醬汁,令到呢道菜感覺清新。個人特別喜歡Grilled beef wagyu with potato terrine,選擇medium rare 嘅程度,肉味濃郁,油脂分佈平均,配菜千層薯仔,以多層薯仔搭配以成,多重口感。Orange Rum Chocolate moose🍊,擺盤好精緻,採用香橙雪葩,作為base嘅朱古力mousse,味道好香濃,作為完美的結尾。
