To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向對海南雞飯好有要求嘅朋友介紹我試呢間位於太古城嘅chatterbox express. 嚟到呢度，首選當然係文華海南雞飯($112), 無骨海南雞金黃油潤，肉質超級嫩滑，配上三款醬料，我就最鐘意沾點薑蓉。香飯粒粒都充滿油香，單係食個飯已經好好味。星洲炒貴刁($108)炒貴刁上檯時熱烘烘，襯熱食就最正，蝦肉夠新鮮，整體調味剛剛好，油份亦不會過高。 呢度嘅甜品同樣出色，椰子雪糕咖央三文治($32)椰子雪糕同咖央三文治一拍即合！
