Melo最鍾意其實就係食中餐,鍾意嗰種百變多樣化,考功夫嘅烹調方式。平時食潮州嘢都係去返老字號啲嘅餐廳,不過今次朋友提議,就去咗試吓尖沙咀嘅潮藝館。我哋叫咗以下菜式:✨話梅涼瓜($88)(推薦):成個味道覺得好開胃,比想像中好食!真心可以試!✨滷水墨魚拼豆腐($238)(推薦): 墨魚好嫩滑,非常新鮮,點埋個潮州醋真係不得了!✨菠菜蟹肉羹($108):蟹肉新鮮再加粒芝士小雲吞,幾得意✨層出不同 ($288)(推薦):炒飯粒粒分明,入邊食得出有芋頭,豬肉粒,薄殼肉,蔥粒,椰菜粒✨意大利黑醋骨($238)(推薦):炸得外脆內軟,酸酸甜甜,唔覺得油膩,好食!✨潮式魚湯浸白菜仔($188):菜好新鮮,魚湯幾鮮甜✨晶瑩桂花糕($58):桂花味好清新,唔會好甜總括嚟講,好食,每一道菜式都有啲驚喜,食得出師傅對食物有要求,用料新鮮,擺盤又靚!環境坐得舒適,雖然個場唔大,但見到都有包廂,仲有個Bar枱area可以叫cocktail飲🍸Melo’s rating: 🍑🍑🍑🍑 (5個🍑為滿分)

總括嚟講,好食,每一道菜式都有啲驚喜,食得出師傅對食物有要求,用料新鮮,擺盤又靚!環境坐得舒適,雖然個場唔大,但見到都有包廂,仲有個Bar枱area可以叫cocktail飲🍸
