屯馬開通去九龍城方便了很多,今晚去了食潮洲滷味,餐廳離B2出口兩分鐘路程,非常方便。滷水鵝:滷豆腐及花生墊底,豆腐嫩滑又入味,花生炆得很腍,主角滷水鵝入味之餘又有肉香,而且不會太多油脂,肉質略有咬口且有肉汁。胡椒咸菜豬肚湯:胡椒味濃郁,入口帶胡椒辣香,豬肚煲得很腍,有些豬骨肉甜。蠔餅:兩大底的蠔底炸至表面金黃香脆,夾開中間的蛋香且綿,蠔肉大大隻且鮮,每位都脹卜卜。沙鑽魚及魚仔:即叫即炸的沙鑽新鮮熱辣,一咬開即冒煙,外脆肉嫩,有魚肉鮮甜而且啖啖肉。
