難得約到好朋友食飯，天氣凍凍地最啱打邊爐，我哋去咗大滾友一齊滾😚古代宮廷風裝修，坐得幾舒服。之前打邊爐多數揀花膠雞湯，今次想試吓新嘢湯底揀咗：🌟消暑冬瓜瑤柱鍋🌟，湯鍋好足料有大半個冬瓜、瑤柱、雞肉、蝦肉、素魚翅等，乜都唔落淨係飲個湯先，清爽鮮甜好好味，飲完一碗想再一碗。火鍋配料：🧡牛肉拼盤(細)🧡🧡伊比利亞橡果豬🧡🧡龍蝦墨魚丸🧡🧡黑松露蟹肉餃🧡🧡大滾友雜菜拼盤🧡火鍋配料每樣都好高質，牛肉拼盤有好多款唔同牛部位，豬肉也很高質，特別推介黑松露蟹肉餃子🥟，入面勁多蟹肉好足料。飲品& 甜品🧡竹蔗茅根一渣🧡🧡火焰焦糖豆腐花🧡最後食埋個豆腐花，staff會係我哋面前點火燒焦D糖，食落去帶有丁點的冧酒味道，豆腐花滑滑的。呢餐真係食得好開心，好飽好滿足🥳
