對香港人黎講,一年四季都要打邊爐,就算今日三十幾度都唔列外。今日我地黎到佐敦打邊爐。店舗位置距離佐敦地鐵站大概5分鐘路程,近住柯士甸同尖沙咀,十分方便。點完餐後,店員捧奉上調味料,我地按自己喜好調味。我地嗌左小食墨魚滑油炸鬼配蟹籽,即叫即炸,外皮炸到好脆,入面就爽口彈牙,非常值得一試!我地揀左鴛鴦湯底(藥膳醉雞鍋及招牌清湯鍋)藥膳醉雞鍋非常足料,湯味濃郁,打邊爐前記得飲下佢嘅湯。至於打邊爐材料要提提鋪頭自家制既芹菜帶子餃,裏面有原粒帶子,夾雜在芹菜的新香,餡料十足。而另一樣就係咸蛋黃蝦滑,咬開蝦滑,咸蛋黃汁流出口腔,蝦肉啖啖咸蛋黃味,必食之選! 另外我地仲叫左廣島蠔,好鮮甜而且冇腥味,滚完無咩縮水,口感豐滿!配埋肥牛同西班牙黑毛豬就冇得輸。總結,呢一餐唔算豐富,但就十分滿足。絕對值得同家人朋友一起試。
