放假同朋友去了踩單車去南生圍,之後落元朗食埋飯先返屋企,兩個人去了朗屏附近食小菜,6點都已經坐了8成滿。先叫了盅杏汁白果燉豬肺湯,杏汁味濃郁,湯甜且無味道,豬肺煲得夠腍而且無怪味。麻辣脆腸十分爽口惹味,麻辣味不會太辣,麻香味十足,還拌上爽口青瓜及雲耳。蜜汁叉燒要了半斤,以鐵板燒著上菜,不怕凍了影響口感,叉燒表面有蜜汁香沖味及帶焦邊,肥瘦均勻,肉質嫩腍。冰鎮脆脆菠蘿咕嚕肉一定要叫,咕嚕外脆肉嫩,用了梅頭豬肉,所以啖啖肉,酸甜又開胃。黑松露香檳脆蝦球有十件,超級大份又大體,炸脆粉漿適中,表面舖上黑松露,蝦肉爽彈。兩個人埋單都係三百幾蚊,十分抵食又好味。
