今日同朋友係旺角一帶行街,行完就上左呢間係地鐵站隔離既越南餐廳食飯。主食方面我哋叫左越式咖哩牛腩鍋配印度薄餅同香茅燒烏頭。小食就有煙三文魚米紙卷。首先黎左小食米紙卷。米紙外皮晶瑩剔透,代表米紙做得厚度適中,唔會過厚令人食得唔舒適。米紙卷外層薄而不失煙靭,口感一流。內裏餡料份量十足,有粉絲,生菜同埋最重要嘅煙三文魚。煙三文魚煙燻味十足,加上其他蔬菜以及米紙卷上嘅花生碎同蘿蔔絲,味道清新香口,口感亦好好。加上左酸辣汁之後,微酸嘅醬汁更突顯米紙卷嘅清新芳香。咖哩牛腩鍋原本已配有法包或印度薄餅,我哋再令外叫左絲苗白飯黎配咖哩。咖哩鍋有明火不斷加熱,令咖哩全程都香噴噴。咖哩鍋嘅料都非常豐富,除左好多牛腩同牛筋外,仲有青椒,洋蔥同炸薯仔。咖哩香料味十足,而且仲有椰香味,好惹味,配上熱騰騰嘅印度薄餅或者白飯,十分好食。牛腩牛味好夠,肉亦都好冧,牛筋更加係軟硬適中,一咬落去牛味散發至成個口都係。炸薯仔係咖哩鍋有驚喜嘅部分,外皮炸到金黃香脆,入面就冧得啱啱好,吸收埋咖哩香,味道一流。香茅燒烏頭超級好食,可以用呢個價錢食到咁高質嘅燒烏頭魚實屬難得。首先佢嘅外皮望落燒得好焦脆乾身。一切開塊魚皮,望到入面魚肉

香茅燒烏頭超級好食,可以用呢個價錢食到咁高質嘅燒烏頭魚實屬難得。首先佢嘅外皮望落燒得好焦脆乾身。一切開塊魚皮,望到入面魚肉本身好有光澤,好容易甩到皮。食落口,烏頭味超級出。因為係燒嘅之前用左份量適中嘅鹽黎醃,咸味同香茅味將魚嘅鮮味更加吊左出黎。魚肉除左香外,都好滑,火侯控制得好好。跟魚一齊上嘅仲有一碟酸香草醬汁,佢令到呢味菜更上一層樓。酸味令味道有多一重變化,免於單調。加上左香草味之後,令烏頭魚本身刺激味蕾嘅香味變成一種易入口,溫和嘅清香。外皮正如望落一樣超級香脆惹味,微微嘅焦苦味令人上癮。

飲品方面,叫左一杯青檸梳打同一杯椰汁紅豆冰。青檸梳打冇加糖水,純粹係青檸汁溝梳打水,清身可口。另外椰汁紅豆冰椰汁好滑好正,再配上一粒粒既紅豆,非常不錯。
