Restaurant: Gyu-Kaku (Festival Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假緊係要搵啲野獎勵下自己,難得搵到間位放大型商場既日式烤肉店,就決定去試下。排左陣先有位,一入到去已經忍唔住要落單。店員好認真同細心咁教我地用teblet落,超好人呀。冇幾耐野食送到黎,啲牛肉全部都鮮紅色㗎,勁新鮮。雖然價錢唔算好平,但絕對合理。牛肉質素亦都好好,另外我仲推介石班魚同牛舌。當然唔少得牛角飯啦,係呢間餐廳既名物黎㗎~軟棉棉既白飯加左醬汁,再蓋上勁多紫菜,同啲燒牛肉一齊食真係好夾,好好味呀
