To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近突然又愛上片皮鴨朋友推介之下嘗試了鴨大哥的確是近來嘗試過幾間之中最高質的一間而且有coupon的情況下超級抵食不過人手似乎不是很夠每次想叫人都要等一下才有人經過雖然只有三個人仍然叫了全隻片皮鴨鴨皮十分香脆 充滿油香而鴨肉部份也不會鞋和硬 咬落去還有肉汁十分推介配料方面比正常多了芝麻醬和紅糖但我認為簡簡單單的蔥絲加青瓜配甜麵醬已經足夠了而他的皮上枱時有蠟燭放蒸籠下面保溫不過其實由於他的皮非常薄在包的時候幾秒就凍了保溫的用處好像不大😂😂不過我十分喜歡他的煙韌口感平時菠蘿咕嚕肉就食得多用荔枝做的真是第一次嘗試味道比想像中好 酸酸甜甜聽人介紹必定要嘗試的海鮮鴨湯泡飯湯底十分鮮甜並且充滿鴨香記得脆米要食之前先加

鴨皮十分香脆 充滿油香
而鴨肉部份也不會鞋和硬 咬落去還有肉汁
十分推介


配料方面比正常多了芝麻醬和紅糖
但我認為簡簡單單的蔥絲加青瓜配甜麵醬已經足夠了


而他的皮上枱時有蠟燭放蒸籠下面保溫
不過其實由於他的皮非常薄
在包的時候幾秒就凍了
保溫的用處好像不大😂😂
不過我十分喜歡他的煙韌口感
