又到星期日就係揾好野食嘅日子,今次慕名而嚟呢間香港潮州商會會員俱樂部,係一間度身訂造餐單嘅另類私房菜。今日夜晚食飯每個人預算大概$700(最低消費),師傅預早一個星期就問我哋想食乜嘢。佢都俾咗幾多我哋揀,我自己就比較鍾意以下食物,始終係屋企都好難整到潮州菜。前菜:蘿蔔醒胃,又切得薄,連前菜到我好用心機做。魚露浸花甲:魚露恰到好處,花甲又乾淨,街邊一定食唔到潮式滷水鵝三寶:重點——鵝肝,出街都係冇得食潮式紅燒魚翅:大量魚翅,不負眾望,正。傳統炸雙棗:蟹棗好食過蝦棗,建議食兩粒。煎封倉魚件:重點所在——街邊都係食唔到, 皮脆肉厚。潮汕煎蠔烙:略鹹朥泊春菜煲:罕有小菜系列,勝在冇乜味精,可惜份量太少,建議雙份黃金糖醋麵:好好食,感動。福果芋泥,清心丸綠豆爽:朋友各有喜好,兩款都符合期望。
