上星期諗住返屋企煮野食,係啟德行返去港鐵站時見到有間米線幾正咁,重點有我幾愛嘅豆腐皮,立即放棄返屋企煮野食嘅念頭,入去食碗米線先走。我地點左一碗老壇酸菜湯米線搭配左鱸魚片、萵筍和豆腐皮,唔會太酸,湯底都幾濃,同萵筍好夾,豆腐皮口感十足,鑪魚片肉質勁滑。另一碗點左山城毛血旺米線,配左海帶和黑木耳,依碗唔洗再揀湯底,會配一個麻辣湯底,裡面有鴨血、豬大鴨、黑柏葉,份量十足,入口勁惹味,不過當時揀左米線,如果配白飯應該重正。辣得過癮,當然要飲返杯凍咖啡和凍檸茶。

我地點左一碗老壇酸菜湯米線搭配左鱸魚片、萵筍和豆腐皮,唔會太酸,湯底都幾濃,同萵筍好夾,豆腐皮口感十足,鑪魚片肉質勁滑。
