To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依排成日大魚大肉間唔中都想唔食得咁heavy落街近近地就去左幫襯依間清湯腩首先試左碗招牌清湯坑腩（自己轉）上海麵（自己轉）因為本人怕肥問左店完佢話坑腩個位比較瘦食落去 唔韌，有牛味而且無咩肥膏個湯亦都唔差 唔算油但同時亦襯托到牛味上海麵就正正常常然後再叫埋 牛肚酸辣粉個粉口感唔錯而且酸辣度適中（本人唔係好食得辣）幾開胃，越食越想食個牛肚亦都幾彈牙可能個酸辣粉實在太開胃結果忍唔住加單叫左碗鮮蝦雲吞d 雲吞皮好薄一咬落去食得出 個浸濃烈嘅蝦味即刻爆出黎十分出色
