之前食完旺角分店,點心即點即做自家品牌,食物質素好高。所以,今晚帶埋屋企人去上環分店食晚飯。  今晚又聽到經理同啲客講呢到嘅廚師曾經喺日本東京做左幾年野,專係服務達官貴人,之後返左黎香港做過米芝蓮酒店主管,有豐富中式餐飲經驗。  燒汁煎焗海石班頭腩煲 ($168) 斑頭腩好新鮮,肉質鮮嫩。加埋三色椒、蒜頭同洋蔥一齊爆香,所有材料都非常入味。  香芒貴妃大蝦球 ($138) 四隻大大隻嘅大蝦球,肉質十分爽彈,配上香芒醬,甜甜酸酸好開胃。  回疆大汗欖角醬燒骨 ($128) 六粒大大粒嘅欖角骨,排骨用上新鮮豬肉,沒有雪藏味。外皮點左少少粉漿去煎脆,內裏仲保持嫩滑。  蝦乾啫啫通菜煲 ($108) 通菜爽脆,上檯時啫啫聲,好新鮮。  龍蝦湯瑤柱燴海皇 ($168) 配料有蝦、鮮帶子、瑤柱同蛋白等等,十分豐富。
