Restaurant: Times Cafe (Yuk Wah Crescent)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於疫情關係已經好耐無出街食就變咗晚晚住家飯之餘,仲連埋第二日返工嘅lunch,煮飯諗煮咩都諗到頭爆,咁情況下就罷工一日同媽媽出街食。近近地唔去咁遠,就兜咗去慈雲山毓華街一帶睇吓,可能太耐無嚟慈雲山,原本紅色米變咗時代冰室,由於知道係同一集團覺得有保證,於是泊好架車就入去食。裝修同九龍灣一樣都係光鮮企理,最緊要坐得舒服。一坐低職員好快就上咗兩碗例湯,效率都好快手。嘢食方面點咗王牌蔥油雞半隻、咖喱原條炸魚柳配印式薄餅、蟲草花上湯浸娃娃菜同埋黃金鹹蛋雞中翼。嘢食都好快上枱,先上咗個蟲草花上湯浸娃娃菜,上湯好鮮甜,菜又夠新鮮;跟住到黃金鹹蛋雞中翼,鹹蛋好香口之餘又唔會過多,因為太多鹹蛋黃嘅話就會搶哂雞翼味之餘仲會好油膩嘅感覺,呢到整到配搭啱啱好,食多幾隻都唔怕!到個咖喱原條炸魚柳上枱,塊魚柳都幾大塊,而且仲好香脆;咖哩汁夠香又夠辣,仲越食越想食,最搞笑係媽媽話食到覺得個喉嚨好舒服,我都係第一次聽到食咖哩會有咁嘅感覺。最後到個王牌蔥油雞,成碟雞都係蔥,望落去已經感覺D雞好滑,果然放入口都係一樣,而且蔥油都整到好好味,最衰呢排戒緊澱粉質,否則一定要埋碗飯嚟送蔥油,真係送飯一流!如果呢餐飯要挑剔,
