同朋友去到沙田河畔花園附近的「M3 Italian」試吓意大利菜,好彩我哋比較夜少少去到,就唔使等位。我哋已經急不及待叫咗幾樣食物先,首先就係小食「炸雜錦三式」、「四式芝士薄餅」、「黑松露野菌燒帶子意大利粉」、「西班牙燒乳豬配薯蓉及紅椰菜」同埋「烤安格斯西冷扒配蘆筍苗焗蒜頭及腸薯仔」,三個人share食。我最欣賞就係佢啲主菜,意大利粉有我最鍾意嘅黑松露味道,而且黑松露味道滲入意大利粉,食起嚟非常濃郁嘅味道,意粉入面嘅帶子半熟,咬落去好有質感。另外個乳豬賣相好吸引,份量都好多,差不多有半隻乳豬,見到外皮香脆,入面嘅肉質鮮嫩,食落去滿口都係新鮮乳豬味道,絕對唔油膩,非常好味道啊。牛扒都係我哋嘅至愛,最欣賞佢係煎到塊牛扒六七成熟,牛扒中間真係有鮮嫩嘅粉紅色,所以食落去個口感都係比較「林」身,而且好香口,好惹味既香煎味道,冇得頂,難怪有咁多人幫襯。

我最欣賞就係佢啲主菜,意大利粉有我最鍾意嘅黑松露味道,而且黑松露味道滲入意大利粉,食起嚟非常濃郁嘅味道,意粉入面嘅帶子半熟,咬落去好有質感。
