To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺OpenRice入邊見到呢間餐廳,見到好評✔️✔️都幾多,所以同男朋友就過嚟呢度食飯啦☺️首先呢度嘅野多唔同種類既,不過我特別想講嘅就係呢度既海鮮先🔅魷魚🦑口感Q彈爽脆🔆螺肉肥美,爽滑味美🔅扇貝味道爽口鮮嫩、粒子圓大結實🔆鮮蝦🍤同蜆都非常新鮮講埋湯底先,膠原豬骨鍋店員話經長時間熬製而成的🍲高湯中有膠質一點點溶化在湯裡,更含豐富的營養,呷一口肉香鮮甜直衝味蕾,一試難忘!肉類方面丹麥封門牛柳🥩➡️如果一定要簡一隻最好食既牛🐮非佢莫屬肉質好好‼️ ️煮佢30秒就有得食,好有誠意,每一塊肉都大大片。 😉第一次吃到這麼軟嫩,物超所值。 🤤見到隔離枱係咁refill🙈。任食放題來講呢度嘅嘢都幾多樣性同埋都保持到高質素嘅,無論係牛定係海鮮都係高水平。好彩今日有睇嚇好評決定過嚟呢度食飯YEAH!
