To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完尖沙咀海洗城行完好攰,好多餐廳都已經排隊好多人等位所以唔做諗住食到,而附近唯一唔使等位(因為我係金會員,可以優先輪候)得返溫野菜同牛角(同一個Kabu集團)可以選擇,最後擇公字揀左溫野菜,呢間日式火鍋店,門口附近位置一個個卡坐隔得有距離,有私人空間,而且雖然價錢有d貴,不過勝在質優,揀選左鹿兒島黑毛和牛放題套,除左鹿兒島黑毛和牛,還有長崎牛肉可選,不過最貴最好食返鹿兒島黑毛和牛,油脂分布均勻,有肉香有脂香,另外熊本黑毛豚都試埋,肉質不夠軟腍,至於蔬菜方面,大多都係來自日本,水菜,啡金菇,紅心蘿蔔等,整體有質素,所以食得貴都可接受。
