呢間日本料理環境開揚,裝潢時尚又舒適,侍應招待非常好,食材料新鮮高品質,真系值得一試。👍松葉蟹肉牛油果沙律有滿滿既松葉蟹肉、蟹籽同埋牛油果,成個感覺係fresh得黎又滿足,牛油果質感軟滑生熟程度剛好,搭配嘅醬汁汁,酸甜開味。  沖繩風炸豬肉芋蓉餅外皮酥脆,薄薄嘅一層,內裡非常柔軟,加上豬肉芋蓉餡真系好足,能夠從第一口一直食到最後一口那種嘅滿足。餡嘅鹽味唔算重,餅除咗外皮帶油,內裡唔算油膩,系我近期食到最好食嘅炸豬肉芋蓉餅炸沖繩苦瓜片苦瓜爲主打嘅沖繩特産,製作出極具特色嘅菜餚炸苦瓜片,口感外酥,夠味。鐵板帶子帶子肉質爽口彈牙,表面微焦香口,內裏嫩滑,帶點燒過嘅鐵板香味。青瓜豬耳豬耳小黃瓜清爽得很!豬耳鮮嫩,小黃瓜脆生生的,搭配系一齊口感清新。
