To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近唔知係咪多人離開香港去休息，好似邊度食嘢都唔使等位好開心呢間嘅點心特價嗰張好似周不時都會轉款，幾好！今次淨係嗌咗三個野因為我哋得三個人、而且有一疊係好大碟嘅斑腩炒河粉！嗰時$72但係賣相非常好而且份量同味道都十足洋蔥青椒嘅份量唔孤寒，斑腩嘅份量亦都啱啱好！啖啖肉，走過油好欣賞佢河粉之間都落咗芽菜炒得非常均勻，細心D睇原來仲有蛋，唔怪得知咁香叉燒腸都非常靚仔大碟！我最鍾意就係佢頭尾特別薄個一part有收皮腸嘅感覺，唔怪得知皺皮腸咁多人鍾意，因為薄皮一層層嘅話原來更加好食😋叉燒腸用嘅叉燒又肥又瘦，足料又好味又啱唔同口味嘅人金錢肚見到有一舊本身跌咗落個覽，不過算啦太肚餓，雖然呢個經常擺得勁差，但係個味道同質素每次都keep到算啦我就唔係好介意佢賣相，最緊要質素同埋食完肚痛整體好滿意！佢哋好鍾意碟炒河粉，我亦都好鍾意啲金錢肚，叉燒腸就大家都啱食
