雖然喺OpenRice見人講係酒吧小店,不過👩🏻覺得餐廳整體有種高級感,好啱情侶約會。✨脆炸新鮮猴頭菇,檸檬蜜糖汁 $118店員推介,話呢款係最多人叫嘅tapas。猴頭菇酥脆多汁,唔蘸汁更加食到佢淡淡嘅菇菌香。雖然有啲素食餐廳都食到(素沙拉骨/素咕嚕肉),但我鐘意呢度嘅做法,乾爽香脆,又唔會配個好heavy嘅汁。✨黃金單骨雞翼 $128雞翼勁多汁而且完全冇雪味。每件都蘸滿香濃起沙嘅鹹蛋黃汁。醬汁比起其他地方食到嘅更幼滑同惹味。✨酥皮粟米濃湯 $108酥皮唔會太厚,焗得香脆。熱辣辣而且幼滑香甜,超級有comfort food嘅感覺。✨炸子鵪鶉,海鮮醬 $328估唔到唔係炸子雞嗰種做法,而係日式吉列。鵪鶉肉肉質彈牙。麵衣鎖住咗鵪鶉嘅肉汁。估唔到炸嘢配海鮮醬(甜醬)都好夾。✨太平洋紅蝦,海鮮汁,蒜香辣椒扁意粉 $188冇諗過一碟有三大隻紅蝦,味道鮮甜,蝦頭特別濃。扁意粉除咗有蒜香同少少辣味,仲有蝦油香,鮮味十足。
