好耐冇食日本野啦, 今日就一家到呢間日式餐廳食lunch, 環境座位舒適, 好彩早d入座, 入座無耐已經差唔多客滿,等食個陣,店員送左盤前菜,好爽口又好味😋跟住首先嗌左店員推介既蟹肉海鮮蒸蛋, 三文魚比想像中仲要多, 另外入面有超多蟹肉, 再配底下既蒸蛋簡直一絕!然後係吉列廣島蠔(一客3隻), 吉列蠔好甜好好味好鮮!之後到燒明太子雞翼, 一黎到已經覺得好香, 雞翼啖啖肉, 釀左滿滿嘅明太子餡係入面店員體貼地講解加拿大海膽同北海道海膽既分別, 最後揀左特盛北海道海膽軍艦, 一黎到望到已經流哂口水, 海膽光亮潤澤, 口感嫩滑無比, 好creamy,入口即溶!超級大滿足!之後就黎到戲肉,一坐低就已經叫定既象拔蚌刺身, 刺身用左三種唔同既做法去整, 亦知道點解需要比其他菜式等更耐既時間。刺身本身已經好鮮甜, 炸完食落好爽口, 煎完再配上黑松露口感非凡, 三種食法各有優點, 一次品嚐哂3種令人回味無窮! 三文魚壽司盛合, 由各式各樣嘅三文魚組合而成嘅盛合, 每一種嘅三文魚都有佢獨特嘅味道, 但係都離唔開好味兩個字‼️另外叫左三文魚及 火炙三文魚壽司, 都十分鮮甜最後叫既原條星鰻壽司, 長度都已經
