To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前幫襯過沙田個間，覺得超好味不過冇影相，今次帶男朋友去旺角分店食，encore 我覺得最好食個3樣嘢食，今次終於記得影相！招牌砂鍋老鼠粉呢款招牌砂鍋老鼠粉配料有肉碎、花生、炸銀魚仔，加埋生雞蛋、蔥蔥及乾蔥等材料撈勻黎食，之後係沙田食下面仲有埋個爐，旺角店就無，不過都係咁惹味，令人覺得滿足棒棒骨肉骨茶肉骨茶好香肉味同藥材味，仲可以無限添飲，棒棒骨咬落啖啖肉，啲肉仲好juicy 海南鴛鴦燒麵包焦糖麵包加上咖央醬同牛油，味道真係好夾，麵包香脆，好味道難以形容📍蘇媽.蘇媽馬來西亞茶餐室旺角上海街618號地下G01號舖

招牌砂鍋老鼠粉
呢款招牌砂鍋老鼠粉配料有肉碎、花生、炸銀魚仔，加埋生雞蛋、蔥蔥及乾蔥等材料撈勻黎食，之後係沙田食下面仲有埋個爐，旺角店就無，不過都係咁惹味，令人覺得滿足
