To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

手工鴛鴦餃子米線 ($40)🥟🍜今次揀左食鴛鴦餃，即係韮菜餃同椰菜餃各3隻，隻隻餃子都包得好大隻🤣椰菜餃食落好重椰菜味，入面仲有冬菇添，中意食椰菜嘅要試下，韮菜餃下面會再講✨成碗麵整體黎講味道就比較清清地，主要係食餃子本身嘅蔬菜味，一碗絕對夠飽，價錢都好合理😆🌟香煎韮菜餃~8隻 ($41)🥟韮菜餃同椰菜餃都係大大隻，煎餃煎得好香脆，一咬裏面係有肉汁！而且饀料好飽滿，非常足料，餃子入面有5種材料，包括豬肉、韮菜、蝦米、菜脯 & 馬蹄，所以食落係有蝦米嘅咸香、菜脯同馬蹄嘅爽爽口感😆原來入面加埋菜脯都好夾，饀料互相都好配合&特別👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻無論就咁食，定係加辣油食都好好食！推介！魚肉碗仔翅 ($23)睇相都知爆哂料啦，魚肉大大條好多條，碗仔翅質地係比較稠身一啲，食落係有蛋香味~🌟自家製豆腐花 ($11)本身已經飽飽地，但又想試下豆腐花，見佢咁平就決定試試佢！好彩有試咋！！因為食入口暖暖地，仲要係真心滑！加埋黃糖食，甜甜地又開返個胃🤤推介！🌟🌟巴斯克芝士蛋糕 ($25)🧀🍰見佢好特別所以食，因為真係無聽過餃子店入面竟然有西式蛋糕食，仲要係好難整得好食嘅巴斯克芝士蛋糕🍰佢嘅口感同一般食開嘅唔同
