太太突然想吃意大利菜,就近選了尖東的Sabatini。平時晚市時段,客人不算多,女侍應的服務很好,熱誠細心。這期推介的是法國藍龍蝦跟黑松露。Tasting menu是main menu的紅蝦意粉、煎魚跟豬扒,不甚合意。主餐牌前菜沒甚麼好的選擇,今天想吃Calamari,女侍應竟能替我們問廚師弄一客Daily special,感激不盡。最後點選菜式如下:Daily special 炸海鮮黑松露蘑菇忌廉Tonnarelli藍龍蝦(轉Tangiolini)慢煮和牛臉頰肉焦糖燉蛋、拿破崙、綿花糖Mousse自家製麵包麥味香濃,特別是即焗的條狀麵包,香脆有口感,高質。炸海鮮炸粉薄,不油膩,像超薄天婦羅。魷魚、帶子、蝦都很新鮮,下次會翻點。黑松露Tonnarelli自家Pasta配優質忌廉,一如以往的美味。不過黑松露味道略嫌不足,忌廉亦沒黑松露油,感覺是配料多於主角,有點對不起「期間限定黑松露」的賣點。藍龍蝦很新鮮,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,龍蝦味濃郁,完全不是普通龍蝦可以媲美,可惜只有半隻。Tangiolini上次一試難忘,這次再點其實同樣出色,但感覺配忌廉好一點,蕃茄醬可能Linguine 或傳統意粉更好

自家製麵包麥味香濃,特別是即焗的條狀麵包,香脆有口感,高質。


炸海鮮炸粉薄,不油膩,像超薄天婦羅。魷魚、帶子、蝦都很新鮮,下次會翻點。


黑松露Tonnarelli自家Pasta配優質忌廉,一如以往的美味。不過黑松露味道略嫌不足,忌廉亦沒黑松露油,感覺是配料多於主角,有點對不起「期間限定黑松露」的賣點。


藍龍蝦很新鮮,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,龍蝦味濃郁,完全不是普通龍蝦可以媲美,可惜只有半隻。Tangiolini上次一試難忘,這次再點其實同樣出色,但感覺配忌廉好一點,蕃茄醬可能Linguine 或傳統意粉更好,是我自己失誤。


慢煮和牛臉頰肉,慢煮過後和牛臉膠質軟腍,油脂適中,感覺像牛筋但更勝一籌。值得推介。


甜品點了焦糖燉蛋、拿破崙、綿花糖Mousse。侍應見我們已9分飽,替我們將拿破崙跟綿花糖份量減半,很細心。綿花糖Mousse很出色,軟滑不太甜,但忘了拍照。焦糖燉蛋跟拿破崙就是酒店級品質,平凡但高品質。


然後晚市有Live band,之前Sunday brunch都是全男的,這次有女主音,歌喉不錯。


整理來說,Sabatini是香港頭幾位的傳統意大利餐廳。性價比可能不算太好,但精品高質路線還是值得一試的。4星。
