經過黃埔呢間西餐廳,見到入面裝修得幾靚,價錢唔算太貴,就入去試吓。麵包配意大利黑醋,麵包焗到外脆內軟,點埋開胃嘅黑醋,好夾。焗牛骨髓 - 牛骨髓好甘香,上面仲有大量肉碎,好惹味,配埋吐司一齊食,可以食落冇咁油膩,呢個菜式幾特別燒德國鹹豬手配酸椰菜薯蓉,豬皮整得非常出色,食落個皮脆卜卜但又有少少煙韌嘅感覺,好正,d肉味道啱啱好,唔會太咸,而d薯蓉好滑,好香牛油味。煙肉眼排9安士 - 牛排係用個爐熱住,可以控制牛排嘅生熟程度,牛排食落好juicy,好淋,有煙燻味好香,一d都唔韌,加上香草牛油嘅香味,仲有配其他醬,令牛排嘅味道提升唔少。仲跟埋薯條,炸到脆卜卜熱辣辣,好好味。梳乎厘,好巨型嘅甜品,成把餐刀咁大,一切開裏面嘅蛋香飄出黎,食落好creamy,,好濕潤軟淋淋,最驚喜食到最底層係有層布丁,非常滿足。荔枝菠蘿沙冰,飲落好fresh嘅荔枝同菠蘿香味,甜甜酸酸,好消暑。綿花糖朱古力奶昔,真係好吸睛,上面勁多唔同種類嘅綿花糖,而d奶昔飲落好香滑,朱古力味都好特出。
