今日唔洗返工,見平日冇咩人,入大尾督曬吓太陽,順便搵餐飯食行入兩步見到呢度有間西餐,寫住International Cuisine,難得holiday mood 決定食下好嘢廚師親切介紹餐牌,首先頭盤Amused Bouche,Parma ham 包住木瓜,加上魚子醬,精緻的色,上碟有睇頭,盡見心思另外前菜亦叫咗個沙律,白鴿胸、鵝肝 ,中、沙律菜、雪梨,加上陳年士多啤梨醋,口感非常豐富,特別讚賞白鴿胸鮮嫩多汁,鵝肝煎香皮脆,入口即溶,配搭上士多啤梨醋吊味,味道酸甜開胃。餐湯配黑松露野菌湯,新鮮即煮,野菌磨碎煮成濃湯,加上黑松露油,清香撲鼻,順滑易入口配埋餐包,蒜蓉包香脆,包心柔軟,特別欣賞呢個蔥香薄脆,點少少湯非常一流主菜方面有呢味燒雞髀,非常厲害嘅係廚師先攞走咗大髀骨,再煎香,肉汁依然鎖住喺雞髀入面,而且非常嫩滑唔老,肉質處理得好好另外仲有安格斯西冷牛扒,大大塊,牛肉煮得啱啱好,保留到原味,加少少鹽已經好足夠,特別一提西蘭花同青豆都煮得好好食,少少洋蔥炒香,平衡返食咗咁多肉加埋杯餐茶,全晚非常圓滿,希望下次入嚟嘅時候可以再食
